My passion is helping leaders and leadership teams navigate complexity, grow in self-awareness and build the skills and wisdom they need to ensure people and performance can thrive.
Early in my career I spent over a decade in a Big-4 professional services firm as a chartered accountant, delivering advice to clients in a high-pressure environment. Those formative experiences ground my work in commercial reality. They also taught me first hand what enables and derails high-performing leaders and teams.
Today I work alongside executive leaders and their teams to help them lead their people and serve their stakeholders with greater clarity, creativity and courage.
I build trust quickly so together we can get to the heart of what matters - enabling you to make the meaningful shifts that will benefit you, your team and your wider stakeholders.
